2009 Brian Welham Trophy
We are pleased to announce Debbie Dean of Debayne Web Design has been announced as the 2009 winner of the Brian Welham Trophy, which is presented by the Camping and Caravanning Club for the best website within the club. This was for her work on the Lancashire and Cheshire DA website.
The trophy was presented to Debbie, at the Club's AGM on Saturday 24th October, at Mercure Dunkenhalgh Hotel, Clayton Le Moors.
Debbie has been the webmaster for LCDA, since it was first created in 2001. Back then designing websites was a hobby and she was happy to give something back for all the great weekends her family had enjoyed with Lancs and Ches. Through the skills and techniques Debbie has learnt through developing the website, when she was made redundant earlier this year, she was able to turn her hobby into a business.
